Water temp: 68°F. Clarity: excellent (15+ ft visibility). Water level: near full pool.

What's Working

Trophy-class smallmouth (4-6 lbs) are feeding heavily on the main lake points and canyon walls in 15-25 feet. The Megabass Vision 110 jerkbait is producing the biggest fish. Swimbaits on the bottom are also accounting for quality smallmouth.

Best Spots

• The red canyon walls on the main channel
• Rocky points near the dam
• Submerged humps in 15-20 feet off the main points

Tips

Use 10 lb fluorocarbon and downsize your presentation. These fish see a lot of pressure and are finicky in the ultra-clear water. The jerkbait is most effective fished on 10 lb Seaguar Invisx with a long 3-5 second pause between twitches.
